Investing in people

“The stability of the staff team is a major factor in the positive outcomes for the children and young people. Staff report how well supported they feel. Regular supervision sessions and work with the therapist ensure that they remain skilled to fulfil their roles. All the staff regularly undertake specialist training to meet young people’s individual needs."
